A Pumpkin Pot for All
My Aunts Mary, Esther, Katherine, and Doris
PUMPKIN POT
1 7-pound pumpkin
1 1/2 pounds garlic sausage
1 cup sliced sweet pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 apples, cored and cubed
2/3 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
